Silvia Montero Collado, the Total Customer Experience Program Manager for HP Jet Fusion 3D Solution Services (WW) is a Program Manager professional with 17 years of experience. In her current role she takes care of her company's Voice of the Customer within the 3D Printing Business Unit at worldwide level. She leads the strategy of the program that will ensure customers excellence. Silvia also owned her own business in Brazil, PCM do Brasil, before selling it and relocating to Spain. Silvia was a member of the team of the Organization for the Prohibition Against Chemical Weapons Awarded the 2015 Nobel Peace Prize. She said she worked as an intern with the UN OPCW and liked it so much she decided to stay with the organization and worked as a Procurement Agent with it from 2003 to 2004, starting her business career supply chain where she naturally progressed because she always had an interests in business and the movement of goods and services. Silvia credits her success to having the right values, her honesty and perseverance. She considers her greatest professional achievement building a successful business and selling it and always building good teams that excel wherever she has worked. She looks forward to learning from other WAoFP members and teaching them about what she knows as the exchange of knowledge is the most important benefit of membership for her.
