Silvia Scala has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field. She manages sales & marketing' strategies globally . She does this through sales managers, customers service, communication and product managers, with a strong financial perspective mastering P&L anactively driving regulatory stategies as well. She recently specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions; ICT & Digital Business Transformation and Global Business Management. She has an MBA from MIP Politecnico of Milano Business School from 2018. She attended several seminars on Emotional Language & Emotional Intelligence, Communication & Motivation, Empowering & Generative Leadership, Public speech & Designing Presentations from 2017. She has a Master in Regional Integration from AEI Institute from 2003 & a Master’s in Chinese Language and Literature from Venice University from 2002. In the next few years she would like to pursue her professional carreer globally. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and fitness with a passion for her dog training.
