Shibani Malhotra has enjoyed a very successful career as a financial analyst. She worked her way from being at Morgan Stanley to the Vice President of Goldman Sachs. While she had immense success in the financial industry, even being featured on TV channels like Bloomberg and CNBC, she had a near death experience, which made her realize she needed to focus on her passion-- which was healthcare. She then transitioned into healthcare, helping companies like Human Vaccines Project and The Microbe Literacy Initiative, an organization that shows people the microbes on their hands before and after they wash them, which greatly increases their inclination to wash their hands. She is on the board of directors at Microbe and Director of Strategy at Human Vaccines project, both of which are nonprofits. In the future she wants to move back to London and continue to help healthcare companies on the forefront of technology to really impact the world. She was awarded the Helen White Prize for Outstanding Performance in Microbiology, and holds master's degrees in both Medical Microbiology and Business Administration Strategy.
