Sofie Julia Ziethen is the CEO and Founder of Servicexcellence - Business Consulting and Development. She has had the company for over four years now. She works on a regional basis with three other agents with big and small businesses in achieving professional growth as well as implementing overall leadership skills in the workplace. Sofie came into the career field by way of natural progression. Her expertise are in business management. She has a Master’s of Science in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey in 2011. At this time Sofie doesn’t belong to any organizations and doesn’t do any public speaking. In the future Sofie is looking forward to hiring more consultants and agents onto her team. Eventually she hopes to open an office in Dubai. She attributes her success to a lot of teamwork and risk taking.
