With over 13 years of professional experience, Solange Corm is the Regional Director of Talent Acquisition for Hilton where she is responsible for all strategic recruitment, coordinating, planning and execution of recruitment activities and initiatives for Hilton International hotels for the MEA (Middle East and Africa). Solange ensures use of best practices, policies, systems and processes to deliver a world class hiring experience for candidates and the hiring Manager alike. Also a dynamic speaker, she is a frequent public speaker on women in leadership as well as on issues related to hospitality and the hotel industry. Most recently, she spoke in three countries, Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Turkey, on the importance of professional branding and the importance of a social media presence. Solange has written many articles for the Hilton quarterly newsletter which are broadly distributed internationally within Hilton properties and for Hilton's global initiative. Moving forward, she hopes to be the youngest VP of an International Organization. Solange holds her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Notre Dame University, Lebanon and is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Academy. When not engaged with work, Solange enjoys fishing, skiing, cooking and is a foodie.
