Sophie Picard is a Canadian designer, currently residing in Italy, having just launched her own fashion design company, Anima srl. Sophie has created a collection of swimwear called Anima Beachwear, which has its origins in the authentic nature of a country that inspire her with the colors, it's landscape and it's wildlife: the Seychelles. Anima Beachwear is made entirely in Italy, including accessories, materials and production. As designer, she remains at the heart of the enterprise in all its stages, from the printing of the fabrics to the creation of the accessories, to the final cut itself. Sophie ensures that every choice reflects her constant search for perfection, but at the same time pays attention to the ecological and social impact that one has on the rest of the world. The result is a unique product that combines comfort and elegance with high quality and ethical awareness. Anima Beachwear offers more than just swimsuits- the label offers products with soul and story to tell.
