Ségolène Roure is the founder of Avec Avenir. She has more than 17 years of professional experience in her career. She is currently operating out of France working as a Founder and Developer of Avec Avenir. She has been running the business for the last 5 years. Ségolène’s main role and responsibilities consist of coaching people and companies and helping people find a better way to utilize themselves. Her areas of expertise are in coaching, mentoring and facilitating. Her highest level of education is a Master’s Degree. Ségolène is a President of a few clubs. She does some public speaking consisting of training and teaching at the University and some lecturing to help students. She says that her three children are her biggest motivation and driving force. In the next few years Ségolène plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in the field. Ségolène also wants to train people on what she is doing in the future. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
