Staci Drilling is the Director of HR/Risk at Goode Company Restaurants. She reports directly to the CFO and manages over 500 employees. Staci is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. She provides strategic leadership by articulating Human Resource needs and plans to the executive management team. She also responsible for overseeing and directing all of the people functions of the company. In addition to her role in Human Resources, she oversees and directs all areas of risk management for the organization. Staci is proud to be a female leader in a majority male-driven company. Having been raised to believe in herself, she lives and works with a drive to succeed. She derives her strength from other successful women in business and finds encouragement being connected to women who've surpassed boundaries, perceived or real. Looking to offer encouragement and support to other female professionals, Staci is eager to share her passion for business.
