Stefanie Kunts is an experienced Operations Manager with history of working in the retail industry and started a new career in HR as an IT Recruiter with K-force. She seeks out IT candidates to fill roles with the international company, Centene. She was prompted to go into the field when she was getting her MBA degree and saw she liked HR and it was always the part of her retail operations management job she liked best. Therefore, she took an HR Certificate with her MBA and started this new career. Stefanie has an MBA with certificate in Human Resources from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis in 2016, a Master’s of arts in English Literature from the same college in 2011 and a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies from Southeast Missouri State. She is not affiliated with any organizations and doesn’t do any public speaking. She says the key to her success has come from her internal drive. She says she likes to be an asset and help other achieve and has a strong drive to learn, grow and help other people. In the next few years main goal is to do more specialized HR recruiting and then to move into a role as an HR generalist, preferably with a nonprofit organization. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
