Stephanie Ahrens is the EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition and global Co-head for Campus Recruiting at Morgan Stanley. She has been at Morgan Stanley for 11 years and is based in London. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Language - Spanish, German, English and French from the University of Exeter, which she acquired in 1999.
In her role, Stephanie partners with senior stakeholders on the definition, development and execution of the talent acquisition agenda for Morgan Stanley. She leads a team of marketing, recruiting and training specialists who are deployed by business unit and country on the delivery of talent acquisition and development strategies that serve the firm's needs across campus and experienced hire.
Stephanie was awarded the Talent Acquisition Leader of the Year Award in Dec 2017. She attributes her success to her passion, hunger, perseverance, resilience and motivation. In the future she hopes to continue to attend external talks to share best practices in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding and to be the global head of talent acquisition or talent management one day. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
