Stephanie Cote is the founder and President of Efficiency Development. Efficiency Development specializes in agile project management and in translating business processes into efficient software solutions. Stephanie has a B.A.Sc. in Computer Science from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. She has a solid career history in software development life cycles specializing in steel manufacturing with a focus on the Order to Cash work stream. She has a keen eye for analyzing problems and determining viable approaches and solutions while effectively managing and facilitating various aspects of the project management phases using Agile methodologies and toolsets. She is a Scrum Master and Product Owner with in-depth knowledge of JIRA and Confluence to bring teams to a higher level of performance.
