Stephanie Radovich is a dedicated dance professional and the Owner of Stephanie's Dance Shoppe, a dance studio providing quality instruction to both kids and adults. Located in a small mining community, the studio originally focused on instruction for kids, but has grown to include adult classes, as well.
Stephanie's key responsibilities involve overseeing operations, scheduling, marketing, and inventory. Her area of expertise is ballet, although the company instructs in all major dance genres. Stephanie earned an Associate's Degree in Dental Assisting from Normandale Community College, and also studied at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. She started dancing at age 3, as she wanted to emulate her older sister who danced. Stephanie continued dancing all throughout grade school, high school, and college, and she was inspired to open her studio because she really likes working with kids. The key to her success has been working well with the kids, but since the real customers are their parents, it has been her effectiveness in interacting well with them while providing quality instruction.
Going forward, Stephanie wants to grow the studio, and bring in other choreographers and teachers to give kids more opportunities. The highlight of her career has been her work with the kids who she gets to see grow up and achieve goals, and express their gratitude for the life skills Stephanie provided in her instruction. When she's not working, Stephanie enjoys scuba diving when she can, and attending her kids' sporting events. She is planning a Toys for Tots drive this year, and has been involved with both Relay For Life and local nursing homes.
