Stephanie Rinkel is the CFO Andean Region for BAYER S. A., where she handles projects and oversees activities for the region's accounting, risk management, and treasury. A seasoned professional in finance and administrative processes, she has over 18 years of experience in the field.
Having followed a natural progression over the course of her career, Stephanie has master's degree in Business and Computer Science from the Technical University of Dresden, class of 2000. In addition to the WAoFP, she is a member of the German and Columbian Chamber. Looking ahead, she hopes to perhaps foray into another country, and eventually become president of the group.
Stephanie credits her success to being open and listening to feedback, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
