Sue Murphy Kelly is the Director of Operations & Responsible Person (RP) for RxSource Limited. With a career spanning more than 25 years Sue has accrued invaluable operational experience in a variety of business sectors – including telecommunications, printing, finance, engineering, construction and design. A Qualified Interior Designer – Sue ran a successful interior design business, authored a number of articles on design and tutored Interior Design to Diploma level students but then the global economic downturn of 2008 presented new challenges. Sue’s fundamental interest in Quality lead to training as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and subsequent employment in Quality Management. The key to her success is not being afraid to take the opportunities as they arise, couple this initiative with a strong work ethic and professionalism and even the biggest challenges become achievable. Sue’s future plans are to continue to develop RxSource Limited to see it maximise its potential within the global pharma sector and to continue to mentor and motivate her team to excel. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility associated with being a member.
