Sumanti Bhardwaj is the Company Director for RM RECORDS LTD. She started the company eight years ago. Her business allows her to control her own music output. She hopes to maximize the benefits of the artists and help them have a more disposable income.
Sumanti has given Master’s classes at a music business school in NYC and around the world. She has had many articles published about her including double page features. She says the keys to her success have been resilience, confidence and perseverance.
In the next few years Sumanti will continue to release records and move from her own professional career to managing other artists. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
