Susan Durbal is a Financial Planner for RBC Royal Bank. She has over 35 years of experience in her career field. Susan has been in the role of financial planning for 6 years but has held various other roles such as Auditing, Training & Development, Sales Leader, Lender and Portfolio Manager of Private Banking clients.
She is currently responsible for selling to a portfolio of high net worth clients. This includes setting appointments, doing a needs discovery and aligning products and services to achieve goals. Her expertise also includes selling general and life insurance. Susan loves interacting with others and adding value to the people she meets.
In the near future she would like to leave her current company and pursue other employment options outside of her country. She is a member of the Caribbean Financial Planning Association and the local Chamber of Commerce. She attributes her success to her genuine interest in people, her natural ability to connect with others and create an atmosphere of comfort.
