Susan Pariona started working for Bayer straight out of college in 2001, and is still with the company, having worked her way up to Safety & Hygiene Engineer. She is an expert in environmental issues, and is in charge of overseeing environment, health and safety for culture in Peru. With an MBA from a Peruvian University, she understands the technical issues that pertain to engineering, as well as the big picture business aspects of her industry.
Outside of work, Susan is a devoted mother and is excited to see her kids' journeys as they grow. She plans to further her own education down the line, and to continue to progress and excel in her profession. She speaks fluent English and Spanish.
