Susan Proulx is Managing Director for Drug Safety at Leaderboard Branding, where she recently joined the team. With over 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, she oversees drug and biotechnology safety, and is responsible for ensuring the correct labeling of medication and medical products. She oversees a team of 23 and meets with team members virtually, keeping up with clients and project management, and creating project proposals.
With a postdoctoral degree in Pharmacy, Susan is a member of the Pharmaceutical Trademarks Group. She has published extensively in journals and other media within her field, and has done lectures on medication safety. Looking ahead, she plans to continue to grow in her current role and position, and to increase her volunteer work activity. She credits being genuine and building lasting working relationships as the key to her success. Outside of her professional endeavors, she works with an organization called Food Trust.
