As Market Intelligence Coordinator Susie is responsible for delivering superior research on the Greater Saskatoon and wider provincial markets. She manages the generation of research publications, presentations and market reports, using primary data gathered from a variety of sources including the extensive Colliers CRM system. The wide scope of data analysis and research undertaken by Susie places her in the ideal position to provide feasibility studies and other consulting work for developers and industry in Saskatoon and throughout the province. Susie has a BSc in Archeaology and an MSc in Human Osteology and Paleopathology. For five years after graduation she worked in commercial field archaeology in Ireland, where she specialized in the excavation and analysis of human remains. After moving to Canada from the UK in 2009, Susie joined Suncorp Valuations in Saskatoon as their Commercial Research Assistant, before moving onto a research role with the Ministry if Health in Regina. In 2017 she gained her real estate license and worked as salesperson in the Battlefords. Susie is a member of the Saskatoon CREW network which aims to provide support and professional relationship building for women in commercial real estate. She is also involved with Women of Influence Saskatoon and the Saskatoon Women’s Network. She says the keys to her success have been her work ethics, persistence and drive to excel. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
