Suzanne Beaudry is a biologist and co-owner of Champignons des Appalaches, a mushroom farm in Ste-Apolline-de-Patton, Quebec. Having opened the farm in 2013, Suzanne has grown the business into a two-story facility where mushrooms are grown and cloned. Opening her own company has always been a dream of hers. She saw reports on mushrooms and decided to take that path and eventually opened the farm. Suzanne would like to continue growing the business and eventually have a staff so that she can focus more on management. She is very proud of being a business owner, starting her business from scratch and having it become the farm that it is today. Her hobbies include taking care of her four horses, fishing, raising chickens, and being around animals in general.
