Tania-Joy Bartlett has over a year of experience in her current field. She is the owner and master electrician for New Beginning Contracting Services. She worked for a lot of different employers and thought it was time for a different approach for how employees are treated by their employers.
She has an Associate’s degree in Law from the Sanford Plumbing College from 1997. She has a Master’s degree in Electric from the the Electrical Safety Authority of Ontario from 2017. The key to her success is communication and working relationships. The highlight of her career has been seeing that her employees are happy at work. Everyone is smiling and getting along and that is something that she had not seen in her career.
In the next few years she would like to expand the business across Canada. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
