Tanja Dreilich is the Managing Director and CFO of Kirchhoff Ecotec GmbH. She came into the company as the Managing Director and the CFO. Kirchhoff Ecotec GmbH is a 1.9 Billion Euro revenue company that employe's 12,000 people globally. Her duties include but are not limited to reporting to the shareholders, managing financial risks, financial planning, and forecasting.
Tanja has experience in the Automotive, Software, Food Industry, and Real Estate Industries. She has been in the industry for 25 plus years, and 16 of the 25 have been at General Motors.
Tanja is also a member of the Supervisory Board since May 2015 at Grenkleasing AG. She is also involved with the admissions committee with W.H.U. in Germany.
Within the next 3 to 5 years, Tanja would like to add more supervisory board rolls to her duties. The key to her success has been working hard, being flexible, and having a great sense of humor.
One of the greatest accomplishments of career has happened while she was at Nordzucker. She managed to be a billion Euro company during a financial crisis that Europe was going through at the time.
