Tanya Leiva has 15 years of professional experience thus far in her career, and currently serves as CEO of Sinapsis Consulting. In her role, she conducts data analysis and marketing research to help start-up business build strong foundations and for Latin America Markets. She has a broad background of international experience, and received a degree in International Business from the University of Costa Rica, class of 2005.
Tanya also leads seminars and workshops, and has been featured in magazines for her expertise in management. She is passionate about growing a business where people can develop themselves, and is always open to networking and furthering her studies. She looks forward to all of the benefits that joining the WAoFP has to offer.
Outside of work, Tanya volunteers for Vital Voices Costa Rica, and the Youth program of the United Nations, and enjoys sports, travel and the arts.
