With 17 years of experience in her industry, Tashana Williams has been the Training Manager for Teleperformance Jamaica for 8 years where she spearheads outsourcing for many fortune 500 companies in the United States, such as AT&T and Target. With dynamic leadership and a true passion for her work, Ms. Williams executes her duties with unprecedented skill and mentors others to do the same.
While earning her Associate's degree in Social Work, Ms. Williams began working at a call center and eventually opted to remain and grow within the industry. She is the former President of the Junior Chamber International and is a current board member of the organization, helping young professionals to grow in their careers.
