Tribeni Chougule is the Head of Innovation at Visa and has over 18 years of experience in her field. Tribeni is a professional with a proven track record of excellence. She is a strong Program Manager with extensive skill in Information Technology across various industries. She started her career as a programmer and currently manages the Technology team in Visa's London Innovation Centre.
Tribeni holds her Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Power Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology and is a member of the Tech UK Skills & Diversity Council and the Enactus Business Advisor Networ. Moving forward, she hopes to obtain a higher leadership role leading a larger team, to bring more creativity and diversity into her organization, and to be a strong ambassador of the Tech UK Skills & Diversity Council.
In addition to her work, she serves as a School Governor for a girl's school and as a Business Advisor for the Enactus Business Advisor Network that mentors students. Both roles are part of her community volunteer activism.
