Before becoming a daring entrepreneur I was the VP for the management development department at PR largest bank. As a transformational trainer I coach top managers and director both private and public sectors. I guide the succession process in small family owned businesses. I still keep my private coaching practice. Board member in a non-for profit org.

Dr. Teresa Nazario, Founder of Training and Organizational Development. She started the consulting firm in 1996. With over 30 years of experience, she has trained and provided counseling in organizational development to local and international banks, pharmaceutical and other manufacturing plants, universities and schools and wholesalers. Certified as a Transformational Success Trainer by Jack Canfield. Working on a Master Degree in Cognitive Neuroscience. Dr. Nazario has a Bachelor of Arts from Universidad de Puerto Rico, holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Centro Carbeño de Estudios Postgraduados in 1975. Additionally, she received her Doctoral Degree in Education from Boston University in 1987. Her goals are to continue working and develop herself professionally, become a compassionate leader and a model to others. Lives in Puerto Rico and loves to travel. The key to her success throughout her career is being passionate and perseverance. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to share my life and academic knowledge to the next level of female leaders.
