Teresa Rodriguez has 17 years of experience as a quality director. She is the Corporate Quality Director for Yanbal International. She organizes strategies within the company and also helps with planning in local factories. She also supervises all the laboratories.
Her expertise are in quality distribution management. She is very proud of the improvements of the laboratories and the quality of the products being put out. She says that she has helped to reduce the amount of claims by 60%.
