Tessa Curtis is an accomplished professional with over 20 years experience in education. As a teaching professional, Tessa has gained great insight into the dynamics of education and development devoting herself to the betterment of her students as well as the industry as a whole. Currently the Head of Humanities with Balcatta Senior High School, Tessa works diligently in managing her team and taking a proactive and upfront role in curriculum designing, analysis and strategies to implement the programs. Also a proponent of professional development, Tessa takes an active role in the development of her fellow teachers. Adept at communication with the rapport needed to inspire and lead through contemporary thinking, Tessa continues to succeed. As a member of the Course Advisory Committee, Tessa displays a passion for the industry as a whole as she helps to design the curriculum on a statewide basis. Also providing training as well as her professional development work, Tessa realizes the need for dedication and growth which leads to the advancement of future generations in helping to create and lead to a better world. Committed and dedicated are just two words to use when describing Tessa as she continues to display the passion that began her career and continues to define her career as she strives for excellence in herself and the overall excellence of everyone she works with.
