Therese Bailey is the Director of ZenZen Yoga Arts, a one of a kind studio in Milwaukee, which provides classes that focus on the health and wellbeing of the whole person. Her studio gets a lot of interest from people who have seen it on TV and other sources. Her work is about building confidence both mentally and physically and to discover one's own internal resources for inner peace. Therese has been involved in fitness and movement art all her life. As a teen, she loved PE and stretching to explore the body's capacity for engagement. She found her way to yoga during her college years. Although her heart was focusing on the arts, she was encouraged to complete her college degree and work in the wonderful world of corporate. Being exposed to this environment was just what she needed, as it helped her establish a solid foundation for an entrepreneurial future and gain the skills required to market and manage a business of her own. She studied and practiced Hatha Yoga and completed certification while working her corporate job. When it was time to take the leap into the waters of business-on-my-own, she did not hesitate. She found a location, signed the lease and began offering classes to the community. She knew, right away, this was where she wanted to be. Her expertise in the field of aerial arts continues to grow year by year as more students of this discipline find their way to ZenZen Yoga Arts in Milwaukee. Her future goals include growing the business and donating to local fundraisers that provide for communities in Wisconsin. She also enjoys climbing, hiking, and dancing; sharing time in the kitchen with friends, and frequenting farmers markets. She is a student of Eckhart Tolle and Abraham-Hicks.
