Therese Bruyere is Vice President of Human Resources for Suncorp Valuations, and she has been in her profession for 25 years. In a Senior Strategic HR role, she oversees all planning and strategic element programming. She enjoys HR, and it was a natural progression for her to go into this field. She is completing her Associates degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Athabasca University and currently holds her HR Certificate. She is a member of the Canadian Payroll Association the Saskatchewan CPHR chapter. She looks forward to transitioning to a consulting role in the next few years, and credits her success to perseverance, learning, and dedication. She is most proud of continuously growing and learning in the HR field, transferring skills and knowledge, and supporting people through their career aspirations.
