I am married and have one child.
I have a 7 year experience in the field of mecidicine. My passion is with the Maternal and Child Health. I look at the possible ways of reducing Maternal and Child Mortality, and also improving nutrition in children less than 5 years and women in the reproductive age.

With nearly a decade of experience in her field, Dr. Twambo Nambao is a Medical Doctor at the Ministry of Health, Zambia where she treats patients, conducts research and handles administrative duties. Dr. Nambao holds her Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Zambia, where she graduated in 2012. She is also a member of the Zambia Medical Association, Resident Doctors Association of Zambia, and the Medical Women's Association of Zambia. Moving forward, she aspires to be involved in policy making and if possible, be a part of national and international organizations in public and global health. In her spare time, Dr. Nambao enjoys spending time with family, networking, and traveling. She is also a member of an executive committee of a Non-Governmental Organization called The Little Color Foundation.
