With over 25 years of experience in her field, Tonya Taylor is now the COO of High Profile Professional Services which provides human resource services, accounting, and payroll. Tonya handles HR consulting, working on preparing severance packages, document preparations, workforce investigations, arbitrations, and anything else in the HR arena.
Tonya holds her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University and is a member of Dallas HR and the Society of Human Resource Management. In the next 3-5 years, Tonya would like to have the business take off, to employ 5-10 individuals to help the business, and to get more into training individuals.
When not engaged with work, Tonya enjoys bowling, travel, and volunteers frequently at church.
