Trained initially as a research chemist I worked in that sector - in academia and in industry for more than 20 years before re-training as a psychotherapist. I now work with adults, indvidually and in groups, aiming to alleviate distress and assist clients towards more satisfying and resourceful lives.I have a particular interest in life transitions and faciliate Silver Circle - a group for older people adjusting to later life client to work towards living in a way he
