I am a proud mother to a 20 year old daughter who got a 4 year academic scholarship, will be heading into her Junior year this year at Tx. State. She is majoring in Finance and Accounting.

Traci Goen is a Lead Gen Specialist for Rusada. She has more than 13 years of professional experience in her career. Currently Traci is operating out of Colorado working along side an amazing Sales and Implementation team. Rusada, is an Aviation Maintenance (MRO) technology company, where she has been for the last year.
Traci’s main role is to contact Airlines and various MRO faculties, where they service the airlines, do subscriptions and software service. Traci was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion, and her area of expertise is personal skills.
Trac’s highest level of education is an Associates degree, and she belongs to a women's group where they support each other. In the next few years Traci plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in her field. She bases her success on hard work and determination, and is most proud of how far she has grown in her career. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
