Tracy-Ann Spence has over 15 years of experience in her current field. She works for NCB capital Markets Limited where she leads Asset Management for the wealth management arm of the NCB Financial Group. She works in the areas of asset management and trading. She manages US $2 Billion worth of assets and her portfolios span Jamaica, Cayman, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago. She is also responsible for the investment management of the life insurance and general insurance portfolios of National Commercial Bank. She received her MBA degree with a speciality in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies, Mona School of Business and Management. She graduated with distinction and received highest grades in her Banking and Finance concentration. She has represented her company in many forums.
