After working in critical care nursing for 12 years, I obtained a Real estate license and Series 7 license. I helped build a family real estate development company prior to co-founding Humanities Foundation with my husband.
More than 25 years
Tracy Doran is the President of the Humanities Foundation. Her Husband and Tracy Co-founded the Humanities Foundation in South Carolina in 1992. The Humanities Foundation develops multifamily housing for low income families and seniors in Virginia, Georgia, Louisiana and South Carolina.
Tracy has managed the Finance and Development of over 2000 affordable Multifamily housing units. The end result is the most rewarding aspect of Tracy's profession, when she can see a family move into a home. In the next 4-5 years Tracy will have developed a larger affordable housing presence in the southern region of the United States.
ShelterNet, a homelessness prevention program of Humanities Foundation has assisted over 25,000 individuals stay in their homes by providing money for rent and utilities during a crisis.
