Tracy Linbo is Director of Strategic Planning at DuPont Pioneer. Tracy joined Dupont Pioneer in 2007 where she has served in various high level roles focusing on strategic planning, biotech affairs communications, regulatory strategy and global excellence. Her thorough understanding of business strategy coupled with her focus on mentoring and investing in her staff has allowed Tracy to flourish and be a strong asset in the agricultural industry. Growing up in rural Minnesota and having spent much time as a teenager on the dairy farms ignited in Tracy a passion for Agricultural Economics. She received her BS in Agricultural Economics, Agronomy from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. Tracy is former board member for the Chrysalis Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing Iowa women and girls leadership skills, educational and economic opportunities. She is a committee member of Boys and Girls Clubs America and board member for Meals from the Heartland. She is committed to ending hunger and to educating and empowering young girls and women.
