Philanthropist, author, entrepreneur, and minister Tracy Norman-Palmer has beat all the odds. After a brutal fight with cancer, two strokes, and stints with the law and substance abuse(Alcoholism), Tracy found the way to a better life through the grace of God. Author of Surviving With Purpose, a memoir that chronicled her battle of trials and beyond, Tracy was able to reach a wider audience with her message. Her novel was even featured in the Courageous Women’s Magazine; as she was nominated at one of the top 25 women in business. Noted for her work within the community in Delaware, she has received the Governor’s Award twice. Tracy is also a board member of the Central Delaware NAACP. Her work in homeless and women’s shelters, with the NAACP, and with the National Education Alliance has allowed her to advocate for those at risk and struggling to survive. Tracy continues to enlighten others through her work as a philanthropist and minister.
