Tricia Ferguson is a sales and marketing manager. She says that she was in media before, however, she finds sales and marketing more interesting, innovative and creative. She says that there is never a time that she gets bored in her field.
In the future she hopes to stay with her company and be promoted to Station Manager. She attributes her success to knowing what she does well. The highlight of her career has been implementing new things within her company that were not in place before. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
