Tricia Behling is Quality Assurance Specialist for Merck Sharp Dohme. With over 13 years of experience in her career, she is nowresponsible for making sure pharmaceutical products comply with FDA standards and quality. She works closely with department heads and clientele, meeting with stakeholders daily and signing off on all changes to ensure that changes are appropriately catalogued and tracked. Previously, Tricia worked for quality control in a laboratory setting, and was drawn to her field by the systematic documentation. She holds a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and has co-authored journal articles in the field of medical research. She also currently hosts a podcast. Looking ahead, Tricia would like to explore options in fields such as digital media, film production, radio and podcasting, as well as other creative outlets. She may also write a book. She values working with people and hopes to create a platform for immigrants and people from other cultures to have a voice. She is an advocate for mental health and hopes to include an approach in yoga for people who are struggling. She credits her success to collaboration and having strong values, and looks forward to connecting and exploring options with other likeminded professionals.
