Tricia Hammond, Managing Partner and COO of HQC LLC, has over 20 years of experience working in call center management spanning Canada, the UK, and the US. Founded in 2012, HQC services large and small call centers across the US and Canada, specializing in remote quality monitoring, analysis and medical administrative duties. Tricia manages quality monitoring for 3rd party businesses. She manages compliance, overall operations, and a team of 50 employees in three locations including Costa Rica and the Philippines. A native of Canada, Tricia has resided in Canada, Scotland, and the US. She is looking forward to visiting Japan and enjoys working internationally. She donates to and volunteers with the food banks and animal care organizations. In the upcoming years, Tricia will be opening an office in Phoenix with a goal of hiring and providing opportunities for US veterans.
