Trish Keith has been more than 20 years of experience, now in New Zealand in the telecommunication industry, as a General Manager Customer Experience with a telecom company her role is to handle all strategic elements of the business, operational teams, business leader for transformation, carrying business continuity. Accountable for setting the customer experience strategy for all Telecom's Retail channels and the overall operation of the contact centers for sales and service etc. Trish divides her time doing volunteer work helping children be the best they can be, also a founded member of the telecom board . In Trish's prior years she did extensive amounts of public speaking consisting of presentations and business recovery. Trish is seeking to network with like minded professionals on an international level, business opportunities, expand, and build. Trish bases her success on her passion for her work, loving what she does, always seeking ways to improve, and key focus is making sure that customers are satisfied. Future goals are to get more affiliated with t he govt side of things, board of directors, help women in any way that she can, continue to mentor women, and create improvements.
