Dr. Twanna Carter is the CEO of Twanna Carter Professional & Personal LLC. She has owned her own business for less than one year. She says that her day is split between two companies and she spends most of her time in her counseling practice. She counsels people that are trying to cope with a lot anxiety and she is also a career coach.
She is best noted for being a Licensed Clinical Therapist. She has a Doctoral Degree in Human Services and her dissertation was on Family Members of the National Guard and Services. She graduated from Capella University in May 2014. She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. She is also a member of Licensed Clinical Professional of Coaching Maryland Association, Alabama Counseling Association, Virginia Counseling Association and Maryland Counseling Association.
Dr. Carter says that she does some public speaking on anxiety, anger and stress management. She was also on a panel for domestic violence. In the future she hopes to make her coaching practice her full time commitment. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
