More than 25 years
Vanda Levy-McMillan has been in academia for over 23 years lecturing on MAN programs. She lectures on organizational behavior, transformational leadership, management, human resources, and organizational development.
For public service she is an Accrediting Officer with the Jamaican body that gives accreditation to colleges and universities. She is a peer reviewer for another university, and is active in her alumni for her high school especially in their leadership series. She has created courses in business and social etiquette and does talks on these topics to many high school graduating classes.
She started out as administrator then got promoted to leader of the unit for the MBA program. She has solid people skills and soft speaking leadership. She has a Masters Degree in Psychology and is a part of SHRM, National Association of Accountants, and Counsel of Jamaica as an assessor. Her parents instilled a strong work ethic in her, and she always strives for the best. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
