Vanessa Frias is the Founder and CEO of Amazon Yoga Centre. She has 10 years of experience teaching yoga and has been a Project Director for 10 years. On a day to day basis she creates yoga programs and provides health plans for business owners as well as other people. She also spends time helping people in Peru and the community.
Vanessa says that yoga created a big transformation in her life and wanted to help other people have the same experience. Her expertise are in yoga and problem solving. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University in Peru from 1995. She is a member of Children of Their Environment Organization.
In the future she hopes to be able to make a space or have an area where children can learn, have workshops to teach people how yoga can change your life and also be a part of an organization that will teach people how to use bamboo as a way to improve their lifestyle. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
