I'm currently researching at the ISCSP - School of Social and Political Sciences, University of Lisbon. I'm researching about Strategic Communication, Thought Leadership, and Intuitive Intelligence. My current project is 'Thought Leadership and Strategic Communication.' I'm a marketing and communications professional with 17 years of experience. I usually drive the lead generation strategy in coordination with the sales force and Coordinating Communication across the organizations and in particular with HR and Sales.

Vânia Nascimento Guerreiro is a marketing and communications professional with over 17 years of international experience. She is accomplished in both digital and traditional advertising, promotions, events, campaigns, and brand awareness. She currently is the Marketing and Communications Director for EPCG in Lisbon, Portugal, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of the marketing and communications strategy. She works to put the staff in place and the overall organizational policies and communication policies.
Vânia has worked in media relations and communications in several different companies and is also being lectured at EPCG - Teaching professional courses in environmental communication. She also worked as an architect and marketing project manager and began her career as an architect. In addition to the WAoFP, she is a member of the Marketing Association of Portugal (https://appm.pt/), the Communications Directors Association (https://eacd-online.eu/), and the Association of Portuguese Entrepreneurial Communicators (facebook.com/apce.pt).
She completed her master's degree in Communications from the University of Lisbon after completing a bachelor's degree in Architecture. She gained a postgraduate degree in Social Communications, as well. Outside of work, she loves traveling, reading, and writing on her blog.
