Biography

Veena Shahi has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology in the following industries: Financial, Computers and Oil & Gas. She has worked in various roles within IT function from development and customer support to project management. In between these various roles, she has also provided coaching & guidance for new hires and interns. Veena is currently a Senior Project Manager for McDermott International where she plans and executes projects, provides IT support to customers, and coaches and mentors new employees and interns. Veena holds her Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston. Moving forward, she hopes to continue mentoring young and aspiring professionals and to network as much as possible. When not engaged with work, Veena enjoys reading and traveling.
