More than 25 years
Her first job was as an analyst consultant at 21 years old, and at 28 she did a project in the IT area, then worked in consultant firms. She then worked as a project manager, and formed an entrepreneurship with her husband. She has four children.
She holds a Masters degree in operations engineering from a university in Chile, 2001. She is vice president for Civil Industrial Engineers. She would like to continue learning, and participate get her MBA. She wants to learn and to write about her experiences in Chile and about discrimination against women.
She credits her hard work, dedication, resilience and determination for her successes. She loves to work hard, and see good results. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
