Vicki Toepfer is the CEO and CFO of Above and Beyond Associates LLC. She has in manufacturing for 16 years, working her way up within companies and doing many different jobs from Office Manager, Head Accounting Manager, Customer Service Manager, and also experience in sales in house and outside sales.
Vicki’s passion is to help companies engage their employees and make them never want to leave their job, because they feel challenged and valued. She also works to help companies see that customer service starts with the internal customer and the external customer will only benefit from the value placed internally first.
