Vicki Variantzas serves as in-house legal counsel for Air Canada. She manages a wide variety of legal matters with specialization in corporate operations, commercial and real estate agreements, government regulations, insurance and labor, risk management, contract negotiations, training and development, corporate law, corporate governance, restructuring, leadership, due diligence, financial management, patents, mergers, legal writing, and branding and identity.
Vicki holds a License of Law from the Barreau du Québec, an LL.L of Law from the University of Ottawa and a BA in Political Science from Concordia University. Over the years, she has acquired an extensive skill set and knowledge base in management and operations and has been successful in combining these skills along with her natural ability to negotiate and debate. Vicki is a member of the Jeune Barreau du Quebec (Quebec Bar Association), the Association of Corporate Legal Counsel, and a former volunteer and current contributor to the Montreal Children's Hospital. Going forward, Vicki looks to eventually step into a role as VP or General Council.
